Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using guessr.properties ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

Description of Service

guessr.properties is a free multiplayer online game where players guess the listing prices of real estate properties. The Service is provided free of charge for entertainment purposes. The game is operated by CCGames and is accessible via web browsers on desktop and mobile devices.

User Accounts

You may use the Service as a guest without creating an account. However, guest accounts have limited functionality and do not save your progress. To access all features, including stat tracking, ELO ratings, and custom room creation, you must create an account.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.

User Conduct

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Upload or transmit any material that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable
• Impersonate any person or entity, or falsely state or misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity
• Engage in any activity that disrupts, interferes with, or compromises the Service, including the use of cheats, bots, or automated scripts
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service, other users' accounts, or any computer systems or networks
• Use the Service for any commercial purpose without prior written consent from CCGames

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by CCGames and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. Property photos and listing data are sourced from real estate listings and are used for the purpose of the game.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or exploit any content from the Service without prior written permission from CCGames.

Advertising

The Service displays advertisements provided by Google AdSense. By using the Service, you acknowledge that advertisements may be displayed during your use. We strive to ensure that advertisements do not significantly interfere with your gameplay experience.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without any representations or warranties, express or implied. CCGames makes no representations or warranties in relation to this Service, including but not limited to the accuracy of property data, the availability of the Service, or the suitability of the Service for any particular purpose.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that defects will be corrected.

Limitation of Liability

CCGames will not be liable to you in relation to the contents of, or use of, or otherwise in connection with, this Service for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses.

Nothing in these Terms will exclude or limit any warranty implied by law that it would be unlawful to exclude or limit.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which CCGames operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
